Article Submission Terms

  • When submitting an article to UK Party Planning you give us full and unconditional right to publish & re-publish your article within UK Party Plannings website and on all sites and mailing groups that we support

  • UK Party Planning wishes to supply its readers with informative, upto date, factual information. We do not accept articles that are solely produced to advertise a website. If we find that an article has too much promotional information contained then we reserve the right not to publish said article

  • Intellectual Property Rights stay with you the Author, the IPR stays with the content written and not the page that displays the said content.

  • Submitting one and the same article to various categories will deem the article as spam and the said article will not be published.

    All articles submitted to UK Party Planning are controlled per hand, submitting to various categories not only wastes our time but it also slows the publishing time of the said article.

  • A valid e-mail address is required for administrative feedback purposes. UK Party Planning will never sell or give your address to anyone unless required by law.

  • Only one URL will be accepted when submitting an article, this can be either your main web site URL or it can be a landing page of your choice.

  • UK Party Planning reserve the right to publish or reject any articles that are submitted, we have strict guidelines which must be followed

  • You agree with the submission of your article that it may be re-published by 3rd parties, as long as it is re-published as submitted
  • Submitting an article to UK Party Planning does not guarantee inclusion, we reserve the right to deem an article as invalid. This includes articles with the following content:

    • Bad Language
    • Racism
    • Pornographic Content
    • Spam
    • Deformation of Character
    • Excessive Promotional Information
  • When submitting an article the correct category must be chosen, if we deem an article placement/category as wrong we reserve the right to place the submitted article into the correct category

  • HTML tags can and are encouraged to be used in the article submission form, not all tags can be used. Standard mark-up tags can be used e.g. H1 to H6, p, em and strong. UK Party Planning do not allow links within the article content area unless these are agreed to between UK Party Planning and the article's author. Link tags within the article content are automatically stripped when submitting the form.

  • Articles that are submitted to UK Party Planning must be factual and correct, if we recieve an article that is not factual we reserve the right to correct said article, this includes grammatical errors

  • All articles submitted must be original and under no 3rd party copyright, other than the author

  • Plagiarism is not permitted within articles submitted to UK Party Planning, if we find through our research that an article has been copied or parts of, then we reserve the right not to publish said article

  • UK Party Planning reserves the right to add rel="nofollow" tag's to the link(s) found in the author's information box within the live UK Party Planning website

  • On submitting an article you the author agree to UK Party Planning's terms and conditions

  • UK Party Planning reserve the right to update and or change Author Submission Guidelines when and if UK Party Planning requires to.
